BigDaySite is not open yet. We are preparing it with a few pilot weddings, so what this page describes is not available to the public yet.
Every guest sees only their part of the day.
BigDaySite is a wedding website that will give each guest a private link to the events they are invited to, at the time they are invited for.
Who sees which part of the day
A fictional wedding day for Anna and Tom. Family means family and close friends. Each guest’s page shows only the parts marked for them.

One wedding day, several parts
A wedding day is rarely one event. The bridesmaids meet in the morning for photos. Family and close friends come to the ceremony, the drinks and family photos, and the wedding breakfast with its speeches. In the evening more friends arrive for the first dance and the party. Someone flies in for the weekend and stays for Sunday brunch.
On BigDaySite you will add the parts of your day and your guests once. Each guest will get a private link that shows only their parts, their times and their reply form.
Invited from 20:00 means 20:00
A guest invited from 20:00 will see 20:00 on their page, in their reply confirmation and in the calendar file they save. The ceremony, the wedding breakfast and the speeches will stay off their page, so nobody arrives during the speeches and nobody wonders why they were left out. If some evening guests are also welcome at the ceremony, they will see the ceremony and 20:00, and nothing in between.
Your guests' photos, for your eyes only
A QR code on the tables will let guests send you the photos and short videos they took, from their phone's browser; we are building it to work without an account. Each guest will only be able to add their own; nobody will see anyone else's uploads unless you share them.
Collecting your guests' photos with a QR code
Replies in one place
Guests will reply for themselves, or for their household when you allow it, before the deadline you set. You will see who is coming to which event without chasing anyone through messages.
What we are building now
We are preparing BigDaySite with a few pilot weddings. Email invitations that you approve before anything is sent, and photo and video collection by QR code, are in progress in this phase. We will name a date for each one when it is ready.
Free for a small wedding
The Free plan will cover up to 50 invited people and two events, with 100 MB for your own photos. Your site will stay online until three months after the wedding, and for at most 15 months from the day you publish it. You will share each guest's link yourself; email invitations and photos from guests will come with the paid plans, each a single payment per wedding.
