Plans and prices

Each plan will be a single payment for one wedding.

These are the plans we are preparing. Plans cannot be bought yet, and BigDaySite takes no payment anywhere. The prices are planned, in US dollars before any tax, and may change before plans go on sale. Before anyone pays, we will show the final price for their country, with any tax included.

Every plan will include

• A private link for each guest that shows only their events and their arrival time
• Replies for the whole household, with a deadline you choose
• Six designs to start from, with your own colours and words
• A notice on your guests' pages when the day's schedule changes
• Links you can copy and share yourself
• A download of your guest list and replies, and deletion when you are done

Free: $0

For a small wedding with a ceremony and a reception.

• Up to 50 invited people
• Up to 2 events
• 2 organizer accounts, yours included
• 100 MB for your own photos
• Guest pages in up to 2 of the languages we offer
• BigDaySite will not send invitations or updates by email on Free; reply confirmations will still reach your guests.
• No photo collection from guests
• A small BigDaySite credit at the foot of your site
• Online from up to 12 months before the wedding until 3 months after it, and for at most 15 months from the day you publish

Essentials: $39

For weddings of up to 200 people and five events.

• Up to 200 invited people
• Up to 5 events
• 3 organizer accounts
• 5 GB for photos and videos, including what guests upload
• Guest pages in up to 2 of the languages we offer
• Email invitations and updates to up to 1,000 recipients (coming in this phase)
• Photo and video collection from guests by QR code (coming in this phase)
• Your own web address, such as anna-and-tom.com (planned for later; you will pay the domain registrar yourself)
• No BigDaySite credit on your site
• Online from up to 12 months before the wedding until 6 months after it, and for at most 18 months from the day you publish

Celebration: $79

For large weddings and weekends with many events.

• Up to 15 events
• 7 organizer accounts
• 20 GB for photos and videos
• Guest pages in every language we offer
• Email invitations and updates to up to 5,000 recipients (coming in this phase)
• Photo and video collection from guests by QR code (coming in this phase)
• Your own web address (planned for later; you will pay the domain registrar yourself)
• No BigDaySite credit on your site
• Online from up to 18 months before the wedding until 12 months after it, and for at most 30 months from the day you publish

Complete: not available yet

Complete is for weddings with more than 500 invited people. We will offer it only after we have tested BigDaySite with 1,500 guests at one wedding.

How we count

• We count invited people, whether or not they come. Each person counts once, however many events they are invited to. A plus-one place you reserve counts as one person, named or not.
• Once an invitation is sent, the person counts, even if they decline or you remove them later. Corrections before you send are free.
• Events are separate gatherings with their own time, place or reply. A ceremony and a reception at different venues are two events. Deleting a published event does not give the place back.
• Languages. Guest pages will be in English first. We add a language only after a native speaker has reviewed every guest screen; Czech is in review now.

Moving to a larger plan

You will be able to move to a larger plan later and pay the difference. Your guests, replies and dates will stay as they are, and the hosting dates will still count from the day you first published.
